I've studied wholesaling before so I wasn't very intrigued at first, but as I continued, I found that this program is loaded with new information and step-by-step actions to take. The videos are a GREAT touch, in addition to the PDFs that were available. There aren't many other wholesale trainings out that teach you as much as this one does, and so I can confidently say that I am impressed with what I've learned here and recommend anyone wanting to learn wholesaling start here. The call on timeblocking was a great added bonus also.

Course Review: Five Stars!! Fast Track to Wholesaling is a remarkably comprehensive guide for the new or experienced real estate investor. While I have been a long time landlord and, more recently a ‘flipper’, I hadn’t considered wholesaling because I was unfamiliar with this area of real estate and it was totally outside my comfort zone. Cortney’s step-by-step system and practical A to Z approach has helped me get going right away. I especially loved the links scattered throughout the glossary and text pages in the lessons, it made it easier to learn. When I was unfamiliar with terminology or what was being discussed I could look into it further. I really needed the ‘how to’ instructions and the scripts for finding buyers and sellers and Cortney delivered. Since going through this program, instead of waiting for deals to present themselves to me (which wasn’t happening), I’ve been on the phone, meeting new people, and have been out to look at 3 properties this week that I could either wholesale or flip. I think the most immediately valuable lesson for me was at the very end – the BONUS ‘Timeblocking’ module. By filling out a daily schedule of things to accomplish I was able to take steps at my pace and see my progress. Sometimes, for me I could feel like I’d been busy all day and accomplished nothing – now my daily schedule shows me where I’m at and what my next step should be so that I'm progressing forward. Cortney's training style is easy to follow and she is a teacher at heart. Great information and easy to put into action!
